This hour-long course is a cardio crazy opportunity to ride to a fit new you! This class will incorporate a variety of terrain to include flats, rolling terrain, and climbs. We will focus on riding at different exertion levels to really rev those bodies!
All ability levels are encouraged to participate. This is a welcoming class and has something to offer for the advanced rider as well as the first time cyclist. The difficulty of the class is as hard as you can and want to make it and is equally effective for all types of enthusiasts.
