At Loveland Athletic Club, we know that any goal that’s worth reaching is not going to be easy to attain. If you made a New Year’s Resolution to get in shape and work out more regularly, it’s not too late to begin. We open at 5:00am for those that want to get in a workout before their busy day truly starts. If you only have time to make it to the gym once or twice a week, we’ll make sure that those one or two sessions are worthwhile. You can also attend one of our many yoga, boot camp, or Crossfit Cortex classes, and when your muscles are tired and sore, take advantage of our beneficial massage therapy treatments. After a rigorous workout, you can relax in our sauna or hot tub, and take on the rest of the day with renewed vigor.
