After being in the Fitness Industry for over 20 years we saw so many things that we wanted to do to help members with their health goals. We have studied the “Gym” and  Personal Training industry in depth, including interviewing current clients and members. We found some major gaps that needed to be filled.

With the lead of Jay and Terha Watterson (LAC Owners) and a combined team effort of every trainer at our facility we have created our C.O.R.E. TRAINING PROGRAM and C.O.R.E TRAINING BOOK with the sole intention to get rid of these problems and helping clients get real long term results. Each Trainer is CERTIFIED in Personal Training as well as our Game-Changing FITNESS MINDSET TRAINING COURSE. It is the trainers’ goal to make everyone who comes to the club feel comfortable and confident in attaining their goals, no matter what your health/fitness experience is. With the extended knowledge of the “Fitness Mindset,” Trainers are able to get you to your goals faster by understanding where you are and how to change your mindset to make your goals truly achievable in a fresh new way.
