TRAINIERS HOURS are By Appointment and tTraditionally  are between 8 am - 8 pm  MONDAY-THURSDAY and 8 am - 5 pm Friday.

  1. M - F  8:00am – 8:00pm

Day Care is Available During  9:30 am - 11 am and 4:30 pm - 6:30 pm Hours

Liz Gabler is a  certified personal trainer, certified nutritionist and natural figure bodybuilding pro. She specializes in body transformation, weight loss, strength training and general fitness, along with experience in group fitness bootcamps and seated exercise classes for seniors. She truly enjoys getting to know her clients and helping them achieve their health and fitness goals by providing tailored solutions to meet each individual's needs. Liz truly listens to her clients and is excited to share how her weight loss transformation has changed her life!

TRAINER

Jeremiah Sanchez is a published author and personal trainer with over ten years of training experience. He specializes in strength training, weight loss, and general fitness, along with experience in training women through pregnancy, “bootybuilding,” and certain types of rehabilitation. His training style is truly personal, as he is interested in getting to know those he works with. Expect to be pushed, challenged, and inundated by dad jokes.

Eddie LUZON

TRAINER | USMC Ret, | LAW ENFORCEMENT

Eddie Luzon has been a personal trainer since 2014. Eddie has been involved in fitness since he was 15 years old where he began his weight training journey alongside competing in wrestling. This followed him as he enlisted into the Marine Corps in 2005 where fitness became a fundamental way of life for him. Having multiple deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan he knows first hand just how important being healthy and physically capable truly is. Eddie left the Marine Corps in 2013, and then began going to school for his personal training certification. Eddie eventually found he still had the desire to serve and became a Police Officer in 2019. Where again he saw first hand just how crucial it is to stay in shape, eat right, and get plenty of sleep to be able to perform at the highest level while under stress. Aside from weight training and normal cardio Eddie is an avid practitioner of Brazilian Jiu Jitsu. Eddie is passionate and eager to pass on his knowledge to others to help them grow and reach their goals.

TRAINER

Jason Has been a trainer at LAC for over 10 yrs and is well known for his supportive style and trading stories and current events with his clients. He is excellent on Nutritional guidance and how to bring up your gains at a pace that supports his clients interest and abilities
